We are urgently looking for a Professional Finance Manager (Consultant) with proven experience in the hospitality sector (lodges & hotels) to support our financial operations and drive business insights.
Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Engagement: Consultant (Short-term/Project-based with potential for long-term)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and advise on financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Analyze lodge financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor cash flow, revenue management, and cost-efficiency measures
- Assist in creating financial reports and audits as per hospitality standards
- Implement or improve accounting systems, processes, and controls
- Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory frameworks
- Support lodge management in aligning financial strategy with operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, at least 3 in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of hospitality revenue systems, POS, and PMS software
- Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently across multiple properties
- Available to work both remotely and on-site as required
