Key Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Activity
- Develop a daily Chute distribution plan
- Supervise the food scooping process to ensure a beneficiary gets the right entitlement
- Manage food allocated to his/her chute as standards
- Supervise Scoopers assigned to the chute
- Compile food distribution report
- Supervise chute cleanliness
- Participate in food prepositioning exercises
End Results
- Daily distribution plan developed and shared with key Supervisor
- Beneficiaries get the right entitlement (Refer to FBM reports)
- Food handling principles adhered too
- Quality services rendered
- Quality reports compiled and submitted
- The chute is clean and always
- Active participation is vivid
KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLES
Required Professional Experience
- One-year experience in working with humanitarian operations,
- Experience in handling commodities management
- Experience in working with refugee programs
- Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
- Training in commodities management, and response training.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Advanced Diploma in Accountant, Procurement, Community Economy Development
A degree is an added advantage
