Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in political/social sciences, International relations and Diplomacy, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate affairs or public sector
- Experience in project, campaign and/or event management
Core responsibilities
- Lead company advocacy and stakeholder engagement to influence public policy, monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments.
- Prepare policy briefs and submissions and make impact analysis to inform internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a stakeholder map across government, regulatory bodies and civil societies to develop and maintain key strategic relationships and external engagements.
- Implement company’s stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure strategic participation and influence in public-private dialogues, parliamentary hearings and government working groups relevant to the business.
- Perform any other duty within your scope as may be assigned by the Line Manager.

- Strong acumen to balance political and business interests
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams and positive attitude is necessary.
