Consultancy Services for the Design and Preparation of Tender Documents  Construction of Qatar Charity Administration Block – Kijitonyama, Dar es salaam,  Tanzania 

Qatar Charity Tanzania Office invites qualified and experienced consulting firms to submit  Expressions of Interest for the provision of multidisciplinary consultancy services for the  proposed Qatar Charity Administration Block – Kijitonyama, Dar es salaam, Tanzania. 

Project Components 

The project will be developed on a plot of approximately 14681.995 m2 and includes:

•  Modern Three-storey administration block. 
• Office facilities. 
• A storage facility (Warehouse) 
• Parking areas, walkways, landscaping, and external works. 
• Soft Landscaping. 
• Wastewater, stormwater, and waste management systems. 

Scope of Consultancy Services 

The successful consultant shall provide: 

1. Feasibility Study and site assessments. 
2. Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Environmental (EIA/ESIA) Designs. 
3. Preparation of all construction drawings, specifications, reports, and cost estimates. 
4. Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and complete tender documents. 
5. Support for obtaining all necessary approvals, registrations, and permits from  relevant authorities. 
6. Preparation of construction schedules and project cost estimates. 
7. Demonstration of capability to provide construction supervision services under a  separate future procurement process.
   

Eligibility Requirements Interested firms must: 

• Be legally registered and authorized to provide consultancy services in Tanzania. 
• Demonstrate proven experience in the design and delivery of religious, institutional,  or public infrastructure projects. 
• Have qualified professionals in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP  Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Environmental Assessment, and Project  Management. 
• Demonstrate experience in obtaining statutory approvals and permits. 
• Provide company profile, registration certificates, CVs of key personnel, and  evidence of similar completed projects. 

Submission Requirements 

Interested firms shall submit: 

• Technical proposal detailing methodology and relevant experience.
• Team composition and CVs of key experts. 
• Financial proposal indicating professional fees and estimated completion period.
•  Evidence of similar assignments successfully completed. 

Qatar Charity reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and is not obliged to award  all components of the assignment.

Interested consultancy firms shall request necessary documents (Expression Of Interest  (EOI), Terms of Reference (TOR) and Evaluation Criteria (Selection Criteria) via email  [email protected]. 

The last date for requesting the documents is 15:00 hrs on the date of 11th September 2026 and any request for documents received after this time will not be considered.
