Position: Executive Personal Assistant to CEO.
Location: Moshi – Kilimanjaro.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, Intelligent and detail – Oriented Executive Personal Assistant to Support a dynamic entrepreneur managing multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings and appointments. ∙ Follow up on Suppliers, customers, partners and business leads.
- Draft Professional emails, letters and business communications.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct online Research and prepare reports when required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and business Logistics.
- Maintain records, files and business documentation.
- Assist in Procurement and sourcing activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong Computer skills (Microsoft office, Google
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional Appearance and communication skills.
- Experience as an Executive assistant, Personal Assistant or Administrative Officer is an added Advantage.
