JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our events team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the event rental /hotel industry and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase event bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor activity
- Create and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, etc.) to drive awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze data to inform decision-making
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for the event industry and a drive to succeed
