Position: Electrician
Work Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Employment Type: Full-time
Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and wiring.
- Inspect electrical systems and identify faults or potential electrical hazards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and carry out necessary repairs.
- Perform routine electrical maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Report major electrical faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience as an Electrician.
- Practical knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Good problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and professional conduct.
