About the Role

We are seeking energetic, confident, and results-oriented Direct Sales Representatives to drive sales, promote high-quality interior decoration products and services, and establish strong customer relationships. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, proactively identifying prospective clients and guiding them toward customized interior design solutions that fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify, approach, and acquire potential customers through direct selling, field prospecting, and active networking.

• Product Presentation: Present and promote interior decoration products and services effectively to prospective clients.

• Consultative Selling: Understand individual customer needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend tailored interior solutions.

• Pipeline Management: Diligently follow up on sales leads, issued quotations, and prospective clients to close deals.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or door-to-door selling is preferred.

• Key Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Professional Attributes: Highly confident, presentable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

• Execution: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently hit performance targets.

• Industry Interest: An interest, passion, or background in interior design, home decor, or architecture is an added advantage.
