Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Source, engage, and acquire new retail banking customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking to increase market share.

• Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the bank’s personal banking portfolio, including accounts, loans, deposits, insurance, and cards.

• Compliance & KYC: Conduct thorough needs analyses and ensure all account opening forms and documentations strictly comply with KYC and bank regulatory guidelines.

• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients for retention and smoothly hand over matured accounts to Personal Bankers and Branch Managers.

• Target Driven: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while providing regular market and competitor feedback to management.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Written communication, basic data management, records management, and financial familiarity.

• Behavioral Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented (checking things and documenting facts), proactive, and a team player who excels under structured procedures.
