Job Advert – Client Service Representative

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative Printing and Branding Company in Dar es Salaam with more than 10 years’ experience in the industry is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Client Service Representative to join their team.

The Client Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are executed with precision and exceed client expectations.

This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, planning and organizational competence, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate with clients to ensure deadlines are met.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure they align with client specifications and company standards.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.

Communication

• Clearly communicate project details, timelines, and expectations to clients and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any relevant information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other related field.
• At least two years’ experience in client services, preferably in a printing or branding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proficient in project management tools and software
