We produce various ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS and have different brands including MWANGA TOP, FIBIT,MWANGA & KIBO LIGHTS.

Our factory is located at Mwanambaya, Pwani Mkuranga where there is a factory and all the operating offices and officers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

We are looking for a qualified CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS who will be responsible for the company’s receiving, shipping, inventory, and accounting processes.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

We are looking for Experienced Customer Service to join our energetic team. The one who have computer skill and with marketing-related majors, strong sense of responsibility, agile response ability, strong communication skills, good listening, understanding, expression skills and service awareness.

NB: On this position Various people Required

QUALITIES/REQUIREMENTS

• Computer skill: Word, Excel.
• Have experience in customer service at least 2 years.
• Process orders, sales, after-sales, and payment follow-up.
• Collect and record customer information, analyze and make statistics on customer orders and payments, and formulate corresponding service plans.
• Respond to customer opinions, suggestions, complaints and solve customer after-sales problems.
• For new product promotion, provide new product pictures and brochures.
• Product update and cleaning maintenance of showroom.
• Ability to speak and write frequent English.
