Wifi Plus solutions is a fast growing company operating in Tanzania providing unlimited High speed Wi-Fi and internet solutions to SME, corporates, consumers as well as residential customers. The company operates within the country whereby, the work force increases rapidly due to the nature operations that are executed in the company currently. We are looking for Customer service representatives to support customer service issues.

The job calls for a young, competent and qualified person of high integrity, a customer service representative will report to the Human Resource

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing information about products and services
  • Taking order, responding to customer complaints
  • Processing returns and performing countless other activities
  • Listening to customer’s needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problem
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers,
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Maintain client records
  • Understanding the product
  • Providing detailed information to customer
  • Build strong customer relationship
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Generate sales leads
  • Filling customer requests
  • Meeting sales objectives
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  •  Answering customer questions
  • Attending customer service team meeting
  • Determine opportunities for new sales
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction level
  • Maintaining solid customer relationship

Professional Knowledge

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Academic/ Professional Qualifications

Candidates applying for this post should have the following minimum qualifications:

  • A holder of Bachelor’s degree in one of the following; social security, sociology, marketing, economics, finance, insurance, business administration or any other related qualifications from recognized institutions
  • A minimum of 3-5 years previous in customer service experience within the ICT industry
