CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited (WCTL) is part of the Wananchi Group and one of East Africa’s leading broadband Internet service providers.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will work independently to provide professional and focused l customer service both internally and externally. He/she will t be reporting to CE Team Leader

Key Roles:

• Handling inbound and out bound customer interaction
• Educate customers on competitive pricing and product information
• Provide exceptional customer care across all call types including escalation, technical support and billing
• Responsible for skillfully retaining customer through positive relationship
• Identify reason(s) for disconnected and overcome objections in an effort to retain the customer
• Customer Life cycle management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Business administration, CT and Public relations
• 2 years Experience in retention/Churn team in Telecom/ICT Customer Life cycle management
• CS certification
