We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will enhance guest experiences, oversee services, and support staff training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution effectively.
- Assist in training and mentoring front-facing staff.
- Maintain high hospitality standards in line with Hotel Verde’s core values.
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel guest relations or customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage guest expectations.
