We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will enhance guest experiences, oversee services, and support staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guest services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution effectively.
  • Assist in training and mentoring front-facing staff.
  • Maintain high hospitality standards in line with Hotel Verde’s core values.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hotel guest relations or customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage guest expectations.
