Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

• The Content Creator and Creative Designer leads visual storytelling, multimedia production, and brand design execution for Equity Bank Tanzania.
• The position focuses on creating high-quality video content, professional photography, social media artwork, interactive digital assets, and offline graphic materials to drive channel usage and brand engagement.
• Multimedia Content Production: Shoot, edit, and deliver original high-quality video content, real-time event coverage, and professional photography across digital and social platforms.
• Graphic & Digital Design: Create promotional artwork, social media graphics, email templates, interactive e-books, offline print graphics, logos, and corporate identity materials.
• Brand Strategy & Quality Control: Ensure strict visual consistency across all digital touchpoints and review third-party print/supplier assets to guarantee alignment with brand guidelines.
• Social Media & Trend Integration: Manage content across digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), leveraging audience insights and emerging digital trends to craft customer-driven campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Design Support: Prepare project briefs, present aesthetic concepts to internal stakeholders, and collaborate with business units to promote digital channel uptake.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Digital Media Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. (Note: A formal university degree is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates exceptional practical skills and a strong portfolio).
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, photo/video production, and audio-visual editing software.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and camera equipment operations.
• Portfolio Requirement: A proven portfolio showcasing previous digital design, visual media, motion graphics, and creative content campaigns.
• Core Competencies: Storytelling ability, high visual aesthetics, flexibility, strong organizational skills, and cross-functional team collaboration.
