JV-SPEK is a joint venture of four leading CLASS 1, Civil, Building, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractors in Tanzania: Skyline Properties, Pioneer Builder, Emirate Builders, and Kings Builders, undertaking National and Multinational projects.
EACOP has awarded JV-SPEK the contract for Early Civil Works of some Main Camps and Coating Yards (MCPY and CY) and its access road within Tanzania.
Therefore, JV-SPEK is inviting willing and qualified candidates to apply for various positions required for the execution of EACOP Projects under JV-SPEK while upholding the ZERO HARM agenda.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-CIVIL (2 POSTS)
The Construction Manager at JV SPEK is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, risk and resource management, and quality control. They must ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by following ZERO HARM best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Must be registered as a Graduate/Professional Engineer with ERB.
At least 5+ years of previous experience in the civil engineering industry.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of construction management processes, means and methods, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
