Job Purpose:
To organize and manage clients, facilitate financial transactions, and contribute to the development and growth of the branch’s loan portfolio while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and safeguarding principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage clients to facilitate transactions with the organization and contribute to the branch’s portfolio growth.
Admit new clients according to set targets and facilitate loan disbursement to eligible borrowers.
Identify potential clients through surveys and field outreach activities.
Ensure timely collection of loan installments and pursue overdue recoveries in line with set targets.
Execute all duties in accordance with organizational regulations, policies, and circulars.
Prepare accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports.
Ensure safeguarding standards are implemented and adhered to in all activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Public Administration, Microfinance Management & Enterprise Development, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the microfinance industry or related programs are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer service orientation.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Results-oriented with good time management and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
