We are currently seeking a Chinese Translator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating a variety of documents, including but not limited to, business communications, technical documents, and legal texts.

Responsibilities

Translate a wide range of documents accurately and efficiently from Chinese to English or Swahili and vice versa.
Ensure translated documents maintain the intended meaning and tone of the original content.
Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality translations in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Strong understanding of Chinese and English grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Graduate in translation, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
