Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
 - Assist drivers and passengers with inquiries and issue resolution
 - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high satisfaction rate
 - Record and report call data for service improvements
 
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
 - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
 - Fluency in Swahili and English
 
📜Contract Terms: 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
