Business Empowerment (BE) Career Readiness Application at ACTT

The Business Empowerment (BE) Program by Make A Difference Now is designed to help you build the confidence, professional skills, and practical tools needed to secure employment or start your own business.This program focuses on the real-world skills employers look for including communication, professionalism, goal setting, and career planning.

What You Will Gain
By the end of the program, you will have:✔ A stronger growth mindset and career direction
✔ A professional résumé/CV and cover letter ready for job applications
✔ Effective job search and networking strategies
✔ Practical interview skills to confidently speak with employers
✔ Tools to develop a basic business plan

Participants who complete the program receive a Business Empowerment Certificate that can be added to LinkedIn or a résumé.

Program Cost & Scholarships
The BE Program may be offered in person in some locations or online through our learning platform with coaching support. The full value of this program is $500 USD per participant for instruction in the classroom and $50 for on own. Thanks to the generosity of our partners and donors, full and partial scholarships are available for applicants who demonstrate financial need.
