About the Role:
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced commercial expert with impeccable stakeholder relations skills to own our client’s full sales cycle — from prospecting and conversion to retention and growth — while delivering measurable commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expand market presence through sustainable territory growth in volume, value, and market share.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new clients, including dairy farms, cooperatives, agrovet shops, and distributors.
- Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent business development.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of proven field sales or territory management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong evidence of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience in agrovet distribution or agribusiness sectors in an added advantage
Note:
This is a performance-based role with clear KPIs including monthly revenue targets, new customer acquisition targets, conversion rate improvement, repeat purchase growth, and territory market share expansion.
