Job Purpose:

The Business Analyst will focus on analyzing business-related aspects and trends in Tanzania, providing valuable insights for the Economists Talk Magazine.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data, market trends, and economic policies affecting businesses in Tanzania.
• Collaborate with economists and analysts to integrate business perspectives into economic analyses.
• Conduct interviews and research to gather information from business leaders and experts.
• Prepare reports and articles on business-related topics for the magazine.
• Stay informed about local and international business developments.

Personal Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
