Role Overview

Watu is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed Branch Manager to lead operations at the Dar es Salaam branch. The incumbent will align branch goals with corporate strategy, manage team performance, foster stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations & Strategy: Direct daily branch operations, implement strategic growth initiatives, and maintain cost/inventory controls.

• Stakeholder & Customer Management: Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders (dealers, stage chairmen, government authorities) and address customer concerns efficiently.

• Team Development: Conduct staff performance appraisals, organize training sessions, and foster high team productivity.

• Risk & Compliance: Manage fraud prevention measures, uphold company brand standards, and comply with safety and business regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or management-related field.

• 2+ years of operational leadership experience.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
