Position: Experienced Loan Officers ( 3 Posts)

BFS Microfinance Limited is a company incorporated in Tanzania in 2017 under the Companies Act, 2002 intending to provide financial services to Micro and Medium entrepreneurs. The company intends to recruit experienced loan officers as follows;

3 Experienced Loan Officers

Job Description:

• To identify potential markets and make sales to obtain potential customers/borrowers
• To conduct thorough loan appraisal to all customers who have shown interest in borrowing from BFS
• Prepare and present loan packages/files to the immediate supervisor or line manager
• Monitor all loan repayments from all customers that he/she has disbursed loans
• Make follow up for the late repayments
• Manages credit quality standards through effective management of risk according to the Credit policy
• To perform any other duty that may be assigned by his/her supervisor from time to time

General Qualifications

• A minimum of at least a Diploma and a maximum of A Bachelor’s Degree in fields of Business, Finance,
• Economics, Social Sciences, and any other related fields
• Should not be less than 20 and not more than 35 years of age
• 2+ years’ experience in credit
