Position: Auto Mechanic Grade 1

Position Overview 

Africado Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Auto Mechanic Grade 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate  will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various vehicles and  equipment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to  work independently or as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform minor repairs on gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, and differentials. 
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment independently. 
• Assist with servicing and repairs of heavy equipment. 
• Use, repair, and maintain machines and tools effectively. 
• Conduct complete mechanical repairs and make adjustments or modifications to vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Gather and analyze information about users’ issues and determine the best solutions. 

Qualifications 

• Degree in Auto Mechanic Engineering (Grade 1). 
• Proficiency in English speaking and communication. 
• Proven ability to perform a wide range of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks. 
• Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. 

Experience 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
