Job Overview
Hakadosh Company Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Workshop Manager to supervise day-to-day workshop and field maintenance operations. The role focuses on managing daily job assignments, executing preventive maintenance schedules, leading rapid breakdown responses, and ensuring high-quality repairs to maximize overall fleet availability.
Key Responsibilities

Plan daily job allocations for mechanics and technicians, while supervising and inspecting the quality of servicing and repairs.

Execute preventive maintenance schedules for tractors and heavy earthmoving equipment, ensuring service histories are accurately recorded.

Lead field breakdown response teams, diagnose complex mechanical failures, and manage rapid, safe repair turnarounds.

Oversee workshop store disbursements (spare parts, oils, filters) against valid job cards and maintain strict job card discipline.

Inspect machinery returning from repair before authorizing its release back to field operations.
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.

8 to 10 years of experience in agricultural tractor and heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance, including direct supervisory experience.

Excellent hands-on diagnostic capabilities across diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
