Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Loan Officers (Entry Level) to support loan operations through financial analysis, risk assessment, and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidates are recent diploma graduates with a solid foundation in finance, accounting, or business-related fields and a strong willingness to grow within the lending and financial services sector.

Minimum Education & Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of:
  • Financial analysis
  • Risk management principles
  • Accounting and bookkeeping concepts
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing loan applications
• Support basic financial analysis of clients’ income, expenses, and repayment capacity
• Assist in assessing credit risk and identifying potential red flags
• Maintain accurate loan records, files, and documentation
• Support loan disbursement and repayment tracking
• Prepare simple financial and loan performance reports
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Provide customer support regarding loan information and requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
