Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to grow and manage B2B accounts, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relationships with corporate and government clients. You will be the company’s frontline representative—identifying opportunities, closing orders, and ensuring outstanding service.
The role combines field sales, relationship building, and bid/tender coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate/government clients.
- Identify and approach potential corporate/government clients.
- Generate sales leads, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close deals.
- Manage order processing and follow up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report weekly/monthly sales activities.
- Visit clients regularly (field calls), present products and run product demonstrations.
- Participate in tender submissions and support contract negotiations as required.
- Prepare, submit, and track tender applications and quotations through NeST and other tendering systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to gather required documents and bid information to resolve order or delivery issues.
- Follow up on tender outcomes, negotiate contract terms, and support contract onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, bids, and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Represent Asalee Co. Limited at client meetings and industry events as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or tender management.
- Practical experience using NeST or similar tender/bid management systems.
- Hard worker, Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for bid preparation.
- Ability to work independently, innovative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM experience.
- Readiness to travel to clients.
