Position : Human Resources Manager

Altezza Travelling Limited wishes to invite competent, qualified, experienced, and dedicated Tanzanians to fill in the job vacancy which is currently available in the company .

Location: Kilimanjaro.

Job Description

Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts and using the best method in advertising.
Shortlisting and selecting best applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques.
Administering payroll.
Maintaining staff records by ensuring that all the records are well organized by filling and scanning.
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Act as a Bridge between Management and employees and improve relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Follow up on the timely renewal employee contract of employment
Ensure all Hr data is fully filled and updated on the HR System.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
3+ years experience in the Human Resources Field .
Should have high knowledge and understanding of Tanzania labour law and be conversant in dispute Management.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
critical thinker and having communications skills.
Attention to detail and good judgement.
