AFFILIATE MANAGER
On behalf of our esteemed Client. We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to join our team and help us grow our affiliate network in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with offline affiliates, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving traffic to our online sports betting platform.
Industry: Sport betting
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Location: dar es Salaam
Experience: 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic to our company’s online platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates to ensure an ongoing promotion of our company’s services.
- Create and manage affiliate campaigns, including negotiating commission rates and developing creative assets.
- Monitor affiliate activity and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance with local regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the Tanzanian market to ensure our companies stay competitive.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or management.
- Strong understanding of the local market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
