Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues in a courteous and resourceful manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Support the Sales and Marketing Team:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Draft professional correspondence and reports.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
