About the job
On behalf of our reputable client, HR WORLD LTD is looking for an Administration and Facilities Officer who is highly organized and can supervise administration activities efficiently based on the organization’s needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Support the Facilities department in delivering a consistent and efficient service across the organization by Liaising with external suppliers
- Act as the first point of contact within the administration office during working hours to ensure phone calls are taken and queries are dealt with in a time-effective manner
- Provide other administrative and operational/coordination support to the Head of Facilities, to other staff within the Regeneration and Property team, and in other departments as and when requested;
- Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
- Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profit.
- Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Experience working with and supervising contractors and suppliers
- 5- 6 years of experience in the Administration and Facilities department
- Experience in dealing with customer requests and coping under pressure whilst maintaining focus is essential.
