Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure product consistency and safety across product lines (soaps, coconut oil, composite flour).

• Implement and enforce strict Quality Control (QC) and safety standards during raw material sourcing, processing, and packaging.

• Perform regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with quality guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, manage batch tracking, and ensure efficient workflow on the production floor.

• Maintain detailed production logs, quality reports, and batch record documentation.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant background or degree/diploma in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in production oversight, quality assurance, or quality control within the FMCG, cosmetics, or food manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, safety protocols, and hygienic processing techniques.

• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities.
