Job summary
To execute sales pipelines for merchants and acquire products while offering direct customer support to drive volumes and usage of our merchants and acquired products and services.Zambia job opportunities
Key responsibilities
Managing sales pipeline
- Pursue sales leads, including new-to-bank and cross-selling to existing customers, by leading marketing activities, identifying prospects, sourcing, and activating customers.
Managing stakeholders and operational/business risks
- Oversee risks during the implementation of solutions for customers.
Onboarding
- Collect all necessary documentation and ensure approvals are obtained to streamline the onboarding process.
Daily merchant visits
- Ensure machines are functional and encourage utilization.
Reporting
- Monitor and prepare weekly product performance reports on product performance and utilization.
Drive costs and revenue numbers
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses and take initiatives to reduce costs while increasing the revenue base.
Revenue monitoring
- Closely monitor GL accounts to ensure no leakages and report on revenue attained.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields or equivalent.
- One year of sales experience and knowledge of banking products and operations.
