ACCOUNTANT
We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking a meticulous, analytical, and highly professional Accountant to oversee our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial accuracy across our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and performance reports.
- Monitor daily restaurant and cafe cash flow, sales revenue, store inventory costs, and operational expenses.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory filings, and international accounting standards.
- Conduct regular financial audits, inventory checks, and cost-variance analyses to optimize profitability.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or food & beverage industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA is an added advantage).
- Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Skills: High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP), MS Excel, and POS financial integrations.
- Standards: Strong analytical skills, high integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and sound understanding of financial compliance.
