• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an educational institution.

• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and statutory deductions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision.
