1. Law (School of Law and Justice – SoLJu)

• Associate Professor in Law (2 Posts)

  • Qualifications: PhD, Master’s (LLM), and Bachelor’s (LLB) in Law. Minimum Master’s GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 and minimum Bachelor’s GPA of 3.5 out of 5.0.

  • Experience: 6 or more years of post-PhD experience in teaching and research.

• Senior Lecturer in Law (2 Posts)

  • Qualifications: PhD, Master’s (LLM), and Bachelor’s (LLB) in Law. Minimum Master’s GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 and minimum Bachelor’s GPA of 3.5 out of 5.0.

  • Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience and at least 5 points from peer-reviewed publications.

• Lecturer in Law (2 Posts)

  • Qualifications: PhD, Master’s (LLM), and Bachelor’s (LLB) in Law. Minimum Master’s GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 and minimum Bachelor’s GPA of 3.5 out of 5.0.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of teaching and research experience.

• Assistant Lecturer in Law (2 Posts)

  • Qualifications: Master’s (LLM) and Bachelor’s (LLB) in Law. Minimum Master’s GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 and minimum Bachelor’s GPA of 3.5 out of 5.0.

2. Journalism & Mass Communication (School of Humanities & Social Sciences – SoHSS)

• Associate Professor in Journalism and Mass Communication (2 Posts)

  • Qualifications: PhD, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication. Minimum Master’s GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 and minimum Bachelor’s GPA of 3.5 out of 5.0.

  • Experience: 6 or more years of post-PhD experience in teaching, research, and publications.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of teaching and research experience.

  • Qualifications: Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Systems, Records Management, or related field. Minimum Master’s GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 and minimum Bachelor’s GPA of 3.5 out of 5.0.

4. Linguistics & Communication (School of Education & Human Development – SoEHD)

• Assistant Lecturer in Linguistics and Communication Skills (2 Posts)

  • Qualifications: Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication, English Language, Linguistics, Kiswahili, or related discipline. Minimum Master’s GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 and minimum Bachelor’s GPA of 3.5 out of 5.0.
