Saint Francis University College of Health and Allied Sciences (SFUCHAS)

Saint Francis University College of Health and Allied Sciences (SFUCHAS) is a Constituent College of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). It is located in Ifakara town in Kilombero District, Morogoro Region, about 420 km southwest of Dar-s-Salaam and 230 km from Morogoro town. The area is accessible by road from all directions.

The College is currently offering the following programs: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, and a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

• Applicants for the post of Lecturer must have a PhD or MMed in the respective subject of study and possess a Master’s degree level and an Undergraduate degree with an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher from an internationally reputable higher learning institution.

Qualifications for Assistant Lecturers

• Applicants for the post of Assistant Lecturer must have a Master’s Degree in the respective subject of study and possess a minimum GPA of 4.0 at the Master’s degree level and an Undergraduate degree with an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher from an internationally reputable higher learning institution.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor degree in Medicine (MD or its equivalent) with a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 5 from a recognised University.

Qualifications

• Holder of Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science with a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 5 from a recognized Health Institution.
