Job Details

• Position: Direct Sales Officers

• Role Function: Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition

• Locations: Multiple Regions across Tanzania

• Contract Type: Full-Time / Monthly Target-Based

Applicant Requirements

• Education: Minimum Form Four (Secondary Education) or higher.

• Citizenship: Must be a Tanzanian citizen with a valid NIDA Number.

• Equipment: Must possess a working Smartphone.

• Language Skills: Ability to read and write in English and Kiswahili.

• Core Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive sales skills to engage merchants effectively.

Salary Breakdown & Monthly Targets

• Monthly Remuneration Package (Total: TSh 370,000/=):

  • Base Salary: TSh 300,000/=

  • Transport Allowance: TSh 50,000/=

  • Airtime/Data Allowance: TSh 20,000/=

• Monthly Target Requirements for Payment Eligibility:

  • Onboard/create a minimum of 55 Lipa Merchant Accounts per month.

  • Each created merchant account must complete at least 3 transactions with a total combined value of TSh 90,000/= or more.
