A reputable Supermarket based in Dar es Salaam is inviting qualified, motivated, and experienced individuals to apply for the following positions:
- Supermarket In-Charge (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily supermarket operations
- Supervise, lead, and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service
- Ensure proper stock control and product availability
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets
- Ensure a clean, safe, and secure shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3 years and above experience in retail management or supermarket operation
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Cashier (5 Posts)
Note: Female are highly recommended
Work Station: Dar es Salaam
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer payments accurately
- Issue receipts and ensure correct billing
- Maintain proper cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier area
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to management
- Adhere to company policies and financial procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least a Diploma in a business-related field
- Not less than three (3) years’ experience as a cashier
- Previous cashier experience is an added advantage
- Basic computer and POS machine skills are an added advantage
- Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
