As government and health workers of the united republic of tanzania our main task is to provide services to all Tanzanians, a noble and better service to the whole community together civil servants and health sectors we are determined to unite and form our union that will unite us and ensure that we implement It is our responsibility to get all the necessary rights from our employers like all other citizens in the country.

Mission

The Union’s Responsibility is based on the core responsibilities of the Association as enshrined in the Constitution of the Tanzania Government and Health Workers Union (TUGHE) of 2006. By that logic the Party’s responsibility is
“To unite, educate, defend the rights, duties and interests of Members in a timely manner through the use of dedicated staff and leaders.”
