Physiotherapy is a branch of medicine specializing in movement function and disability. We work with persons across all ages to help manage pain, restore motion, improve function and better the quality of life.
Stellar Physio is a well established clinic with a team of several holistic health practitioners. We focus our therapy both on wellness and within injury.
On wellness we approach it from a multi disciplinary point of view; nutrition, flexibility and great posture are some of the things we guide you on to achieve a holistic approach.
Within injury, we do a comprehensive physical assessment to ascertain the cause of the pain as opposed to working from a symptom point of view. This leads to a focused treatment plan which fastens recovery time.
We understand that sometimes people are too injured,too sick or in too much pain to leave the house or office. We send a team of professional physios to your comfort for those not able to reach us with ease.
