STAFF
St Lucia staff is comprised of the nurse director, a staff nurse, three aides and, at any time, between 20 and 25 volunteer community health workers and a supervisor. As volunteers, the community health workers receive extensive on-going training and a small stipend to offset the expense of transportation.
