GREENLIFE microfinance was established in 2014 and registered under the companies act of 2002 as a company limited by shares, and with the name of LIFE SERVER LIMITED.
The company has been operating with this name till 2020 when the supervision of the microfinance in Tanzania was changed from the ministry of Industry Trade and Investment to the Bank of Tanzania
