Job Overview

RECOL is seeking energetic, self-motivated, and persuasive Field Sales Agents to onboard local merchants and businesses onto the YAS payment network (Mixx by Yas / Lipa Number) across the Lake Zone region. This position is ideal for driven individuals and college/university students looking to generate income by expanding digital financial service points across local markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and register local merchants, business owners, and vendors for YAS merchant payment services (Lipa namba ya YAS).

  • Conduct field visits across assigned commercial areas to explain the benefits and operation of YAS payment solutions.

  • Assist merchants with real-time digital onboarding and initial setup using mobile applications.

  • Deliver daily/weekly acquisition targets and build positive commercial relationships with registered merchants.

  • Provide basic user support and guidance on mobile payment transactions to onboarded vendors.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum education level of Form Four Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE) or higher (College/University students are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Possession of a functional Android smartphone.

  • Valid National Identification Number (NIDA) or NIDA Card.

  • Strong sales capabilities, effective verbal communication skills, and an outgoing personality.

  • High level of self-drive, reliability, and target orientation.
