Job Overview

Rick Plan Co. Ltd is inviting applications from qualified and leadership-minded Tanzanian citizens to fill 8 vacancies for Parking Collectors Supervisors (Wasimamizi wa Collectors). Based in Arusha City, successful candidates will oversee daily field operations, supervise parking fee collectors across assigned municipal zones, monitor revenue target achievement, resolve ground-level challenges, and ensure strict operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support teams of field parking fee collectors across designated zones in Arusha City.

• Monitor daily revenue collection progress, verify real-time digital system reports, and ensure timely reconciliation of collected funds.

• Resolve customer disputes, operational bottlenecks, and billing inquiries arising in assigned parking areas.

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect staff attendance, conduct, and proper use of digital smartphone collection tools.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly supervisory reports to project management.

Requirements & Qualifications (Sifa za Muombaji)

• Nationality: Must be a Tanzanian citizen (MTANZANIA).

• Age Limit: Must be between 24 and 45 years old.

• Education: Minimum of Form Four Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE) or higher (Kidato cha Nne na kuendelea).

• Identification: Must possess a valid National ID Number (NIDA).

• Health & Fitness: Excellent physical and mental health suitable for field supervision.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using smartphones, mobile applications, and reporting tools (Mzoefu wa kutumia simu janja).

• Character: High level of honesty, leadership capacity, discipline, and no prior criminal record.

1. Job Application Letter (Barua ya kuomba kazi).

2. Official Guarantor/Sponsor Letter containing contact details and one recent passport-sized photograph of the guarantor (Barua ya mdhamini yenye namba ya simu na picha).

3. Copy of Birth Certificate (Cheti cha kuzaliwa).

4. Copies of all educational certificates (Primary, Secondary, and higher education certificates).

5. Copy of National ID Card or official NIDA Number slip (Kitambulisho ama namba ya NIDA).
