Job Overview
Hakadosh Company Limited is seeking motivated Junior Agri Officers to provide day-to-day field supervision of nursery blocks and assigned crop sections. This role involves overseeing planting quality, managing routine crop care activities, keeping accurate block-level records, and supervising labor gangs on site.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise field work gangs during planting, fertilizer application, weeding, and ongoing crop care tasks within assigned blocks.

Inspect key planting quality metrics (seed rate, spacing, depth, cover), monitor germination progress, and organize prompt gap-filling activities.

Record daily labor deployments, completed tasks, and agricultural input usage at the block level.

Conduct regular field inspections to monitor crop health and immediately report observations of pests, diseases, weed infestations, or water stress.

Maintain strict field hygiene standards and ensure safe chemical handling practices across all work gangs.
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture.

2 to 4 years of practical field experience in sugarcane or row-crop estate farming.

Strong workforce supervision skills, physical stamina for extensive field work, and basic English reporting ability.
