Job Overview

Hakadosh Company Limited is seeking proficient Tractor Mechanics to service and repair agricultural tractors and implements, keeping the fleet fully available for field operations. The role involves routine servicing, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and preparing implements for field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled routine servicing (engine, transmission, hydraulics, PTO, brakes) on agricultural tractors according to maintenance intervals.

• Repair and adjust farming implements—such as rippers, ploughs, harrows, bed formers, and trailers—including replacing wear parts.

• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical breakdowns in both workshop and field settings.

• Maintain accurate job cards and parts records for every repair task.

• Support operator daily-check training and pre-season implement preparation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Trade Certificate in Agricultural Machinery or Automobile Mechanics.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience repairing agricultural tractors (New Holland, John Deere, Mahindra, Sonalika, etc.).

• Thorough understanding of tractor hydraulics, 3-point linkages, PTO systems, and implement setups.
