1.0 INTRODUCTION

2.0 POSITION: SENIOR AGRI- MACHINERY TECHNICIANS – 2 POST
Senior – Agri Machinery Technicians — 2 Posts
Supervising Mechanical team Agri machinery team and. Ensure the repairs are Performed timely and efficiently.
3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate the Agri-Machinery Mechanical Team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and other agricultural machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers, including machinery troubleshooting and guidance.
- Ensure proper use of spare parts, repair manuals, tools, and accurate recording of all maintenance and repair activities.
4.0 QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 – 5 years working experience in agricultural machinery maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Strong super visionary and leadership skills
- Effective communication skill both written and oral.
- Able to use initiative in prioritizing tasks.
- A computer literate especially on Excel, Word and fleet Management.
5.0 LOCATION: ARUSHA, TANZANIA
